Morning Yoga

What is it about

Yoga is an ancient method to train the body and to calm the mind. “The path is the goal” is the motto of this Hatha Yoga session mixed with Vinyasa Flow elements. We let go of any demand of perfection and sink into the now. Every moment, every difficulty and every relaxed feeling is part of the whole. Through physical exercises and a controlled flow of breath, the best case scenario is a meditation in movement.  An important part of yoga practice is to practice gratitude. Gratitude to our bodies, gratitude for who we are and what makes us who we are. Learning to love the beauty in all our imperfections. Yoga is for everyone. No matter what, there is always a way for everyone to practice yoga.

Who is involved

My name is Delia Sita, I am 31 years old and have been practicing yoga (with breaks) since my childhood, as my mother is also a yoga teacher. I did the training in 2014 in Bali /Indonesia and since then I have been teaching yoga regularly. I also studied culture and social anthropology and am a passionate traveler. Yoga has always helped me a lot in my life and that is why I love to pass on this method and philosophy to other people. Namaste!
