-
The deadline for submission of short papers was Tuesday, January 14, 2020, 23:59 CET.
-
The convenors will let you know by mid/end of February 2020 whether your short paper has been accepted or rejected.
-
If your short paper has been accepted, you have to submit a full paper [via your MyEGOS] by June 15, 2020 at the very latest.
-
You are expected to attend all 7 sessions (= Sessions I to VII) of the sub-theme in which your (main) paper has been accepted and where you will present it.
-
This means: you can attend only ONE sub-theme throughout the entire Colloquium, even if you are a co-author of a paper submitted to/accepted in another sub-theme.
→ In a nutshell: no sub-theme hopping, please!
