Laura Dobusch is a post-doctoral University Assistant at the Sustainable Transformation Management Lab at Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria. Main areas of her research are: how organizations can become both more inclusive and sustainable and how respective policy approaches interact with each other; which opportunities, limits and also unintended consequences are linked to organizational inclusion strategies; and how contemporary forms of organizing are connected to the creation of il-/legitimate subjectivities. Laura’s research has been published in, among others, ‘Gender, Work & Organization’, ‘Organization’ and ‘Organization Studies’.

Frank de Bakker is Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility at IÉSEG School of Management in Lille, France, where he coordinates ICOR, the IÉSEG Center for Organizational Responsibility. In his research, he combines insights from institutional theory and social movement studies to examine interactions between activist groups and business firms on issues of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Frank’s research appeared in journals like ‘Academy of Management Review’, ‘Academy of Management Journal’, ‘Journal of Management Studies’, ‘Business & Society’, ‘Organization Studies’, ‘Academy of Management Discoveries’ and several others.

Peter Vandor is senior researcher and lecturer at WU Vienna, co-founder and head of the Social Entrepreneurship Center. In his position at the WU, he is been leading 100+ collaboration projects around research, capacity building, impact assessment and innovation, with partners such as the United Nations Development Programme, the Austrian Ministry of Social Affairs, Fraunhofer Ventures, Robert Bosch Foundation and CERN. Since 2013, he is Academic Director of the NGO Academy, a capacity building program for nonprofits and social enterprises offered in partnership with ERSTE Foundation.
